// working with me

Your marketing
department.

Part time, embedded in your business, and hands-on. One flat monthly fee, and you own everything I build.

This is how the Fractional CMO retainer runs. The Revenue Audit and AI builds are scoped separately; see Services.

01

A senior operator,
not an agency.

I do the work hands-on. No account managers, no handoffs to juniors, and no reports in place of results.

Who you deal with

Me, directly.

How often we talk

A 30-minute weekly check-in, plus messages any business day.

What you get

A short written report every week with the numbers that matter.

What I need

Account access, one point person for product info and approvals, and about 35 minutes a week.

Commitment

90 days minimum, then month to month with 30 days' notice. You keep every account, file and asset.

02

Week one,
start to plan.

The first week is about access and a baseline. By the end of it you have a one-page plan, and nothing big changes until you approve it.

Day 1Kickoff call60 to 90 minutes on goals, customers and what to handle first. I come with questions from your site, ads, email, CRM and social.
Days 1 to 3AccessA step-by-step checklist, about 30 minutes on your side. I'm added under my own login, never with your passwords.
Days 3 to 7BaselineI review everything live and record a starting point for the numbers we'll track. That's how we both know it's working.
End of week 130-day planOne page: what I'll fix first, what I'll launch, and what you'll see by day 30. You approve it before anything big changes.

The audit keeps running to day 14 and ends in a written plan of what's leaking, ranked by impact and effort. The rest of the first 90 days follows the timeline on the method page: reporting from week three, scoring and the first AI agents by day 60, attribution and scaling by day 90.

03

About 35 minutes
a week from you.

A fixed rhythm, so you always know when you'll hear from me and when you'll be asked to decide something.

04

On your clock,
not mine.

Fully remote, with response times you can plan around. When something is actually urgent, you get an answer within the hour.

Working hours8 to 5Monday to Friday, Central Time. Based in San Diego; early mornings are normal.
MessagesSame dayUsually within 2 to 4 hours. After hours, the next business morning.
Urgent1 hourSite or checkout down, ads overspending, a wrong price live. Call or text.
WeekendsRunningPosts, emails, ads and automations keep going, with a brief morning check for anything urgent.

Time off: at least 2 weeks' notice, with work scheduled ahead and ads monitored so nothing stalls.

05

Your channels.
Clear approvals.

Text, email, Slack, Teams or WhatsApp, whatever your team already uses. Calls on phone, Zoom, Google Meet or Teams, your choice. One point of contact on your side for product questions and approvals.

Gets your OK first

Spending beyond the agreed budget, changes to pricing or offers, and anything that speaks for your company in a new way: a new campaign, a press piece, a big website change.

I just handle it

Listings, scheduled posts, ad changes within budget, CRM upkeep, and reporting.

06

Alongside your people,
not around them.

Leads go straight to you, and I track where each one came from. Already have help? I coordinate with them and fill the gaps.

Your team · what only they can do

Knowledge of what you sell, photos and product details, and the conversations with customers. Checklists and templates keep it to minutes, not hours.

Me · everything after that

Strategy, ads, website, SEO, email, social, listings, CRM, reporting, and the automations that tie it together. The exact mix depends on the scope we agree.

07

You own
everything.

Every ad account, website, domain, listing, email list, design file and report stays in your name. If we stop, nothing needs to be rebuilt.

No passwords

I'm added under my own login. You see what I do and can remove access in one click.

Ad spend

Paid by you, directly to Google, Meta and the other platforms. No markup, ever.

Tools

I cover my own working tools. Anything that becomes part of your business is in your name, and I'll recommend the cheapest option that does the job.

AI in my workflow

First drafts and routine tasks. Anything customer-facing is reviewed before it goes out.

08

One page,
every week.

Plain language. A live dashboard if you want numbers any time, and the monthly review goes deeper on trends and budget.

Never stuck with me.
Never starting over.

If you decide to hire a full-time marketer, the handover is part of the job.

01HireI help write the job post and screen candidates, if you want.
02Hand overAccess, written processes, templates, dashboards, automations, reports and a 30-day plan.

11

Fair
questions.

The ones that come up on almost every call. The rest are in the FAQ.

Do you work remotely?Yes, 100% remote. Your team handles anything on-site, like photos.
How many hours do I get?I don't bill by the hour. You pay for outcomes and a defined scope. Automation frees my time for work that moves numbers.
Something outside scope?Small things I'll usually just handle. Anything larger gets a separate quote before work starts.
Who else works on it?Me. If a project needs a specialist, I'll tell you who, what it costs and why before bringing them in.
What if it isn't working? You'll see it in the weekly numbers first, and we decide what to change at the monthly review. After the first 90 days you can stop with 30 days' notice and keep everything.
How fast are results?Site and ad fixes: weeks. Paid and outbound: signal in 30 to 60 days. SEO and content: early movement in 2 to 3 months, compounding over 4 to 6.

See if it fits.

A 20-minute call. Tell me where you are, and I'll tell you honestly whether this setup is right for you.
